Would recommend to anyone, great location, lovely breakfast, comfy and friendly. Well worth a visit

I probably hit it on a bad day, but there was no "warm welcome"; I almost got the feeling it was an inconvenience having me there, so why take the booking? I parked in the only space available (there is no on-road parking) but then had to move the car, which involved the owner's car being moved. Not good on a dark wet night; why did she not move her car when she knew I was coming? The room was fine; the shower room was very small. Everything worked. Breakfast was fine. There was nothing really wrong with the place, but there are better places out there for the same money.

Just returned from our second stay at Auplands as We have said before its just like a home from home Sue and Graham are great hosts nothing is too much trouble .
We hope to go back again next year

I stayed at Auplands with my wife for two nights in September this year. This B&B satisfied all our requirements and we had no cause for disappointment in any area. Sue and Graham were very welcoming and helpful. Some reviewers had a problem with the request to choose a breakfast time the night before, but we can not understand why this should be an issue.
We have not given a full rating for 'service', only because this is really not part of what is offered by a B&B.
We would recommend this establishment and we would certainly go there again if we are ever in Lymington in the future.
