Stayed here with my girlfriend for a weekend break and loved it. Warm welcome, house is stunning, comfy beds and all very clean. Was nice to be in the peace and quiet out of London and having secure parking was a bonus. Its a continental breakfast which was delicious and better for my waist line that the full english, my girlfriend liked it better too. Id definitely stay again without a doubt. This place is a real find so dont hesitate to give it a try if you need to stay in this location.

We booked two rooms at this B&B via a recommendation from another B&B in Lymington as everywhere was very busy that weekend. They do not have a website.

The house itself is really lovely... very quiet, beautiful bathrooms, comfy beds. They have a pretty garden with a swimming pool but guests are not allowed to use it.

We felt that the owners were very much running it just for the money and didn't really want us there. They weren't there when we arrived despite us telling them we were on our way - and they didn't apologise when they finally did turn up from the supermarket!!! They don't even provide a cooked breakfast! (continental only).

If you just want to be in and out with a nice place to sleep, this is perfect but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing weekend break
