This has to be one of the best hotels in the area, clean friendly and cheap. The owner let me park my bike around the back in their yard. The room was recently decorated with a powershower ensuite and excellent value for money.

my wife and i stayed here for one night ,we found it very clean and friendly, breakfast was lovely, the room was very clean and brightly decorated,no complaints at all already booked to go back in february 2010 , thanks again. when visiting pay visit to mr chows resaraunt in the square its amazing

Spent a very enjoyable two nights here with my wife, daughter, grandson & small dog. The owners were most helpful & friendly, rooms very clean & the breakfasts were superb. I've booked again for 2008

Booked this hotel through Blackpool Leisure, who stated was of a good standard. On arrival hotel appeared to be more like a hostel. Owner was friendly and helpful but building needed a complete upgrade. Beds in rooms were very old and uncomfortable, some members of the party would not use the showers in their rooms as said they were too dirty. Carpets had burn marks from an iron, milk in the room was off and turned the coffee which also happened at breakfast.
Breakfast was poor although again staff were helpful.
Don't book this hotel there are many better for the same price or less near the sea front
