Had a lovely day in beautiful surroundings - well looked after by Marc, who we already knew from his time at Chilston Park Hotel, and his team - although one member of staff suffered from over ethusiasm to the point of shouting at the guests to move from one room to another.

We hadn't anticipated staying but at the last moment changed our minds as I felt quite poorly but didnt want to spoil the day - we made arrangements with friends who moved rooms for us to have twin beds as the hotel couldn't fix this - which is fair enough.

Food was good - although the Bride had requested a gluten and dairy free meal for one guest on our table and that was not served, but was changed without fuss.

Lovely grounds - amazing setting - could do with a spa.

My wife and I booked Buxted Park Hotel for our second wedding anniversary and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is located in spectacular grounds and what made the experience even more valuable was the accommodating staff. They were very flexible and could not do enough for us to make our day special. The food is excellent and we stayed in one of their suites, The Thomas and Elizabeth Browing room which was amazing. We strongly recommend this hotel for a romantic get away.

my daughters wedding was made extra special by having it at buxted park hotel. The staff are the best ive known, nothing was too much trouble the weekend ran so smoothly all down to the staff, as i know my head was in the clouds with happiness & enjoyment they dealt with everything.Marc had picked up from us the night before that we had wanted a relaxed & most importantly a laugh on the day as its the one time all the families can get together & chill.Every family member & friends have said it was the best and haven't stopped praising the hotel, the beautiful grounds,the food,the rooms & the staff.I should mention that there were 99 of us in the day and the 3 course meal was amazing im sure all plates were returned empty & in the evening for 140 guests again the food was brilliant & eaten!! The best by far, so much so that a lot of the family who had travelled down are wanting to book to stay again including ourselves

Quite aside from the fact that this is one of the most beautiful hotels with beautiful grounds, the food was consistently fabulous, the service was second to none - I have never stayed anywhere where ALL the staff were so
Accommodating and friendly and personable and nothing was too much trouble!.. To rate this hotel would run off the scale as everything was completely perfect but staff more than perfect - something I've never come across before!
