I haven't been a guest staying at the hotel but have been there several times recently using their conferencing facilities. I would like to thank Simon, Richard and their team for organising everything and delivering consistently high customer service.
Some of the areas of the hotel could do with freshening up but that does not detract form the overall experience.
Car parking in Worthing is generally tricky and expensive but there were no issues during any of my visits there. The hotel offer a drastically reduced car parking rate for the bays outside and opposite the actual hotel for guests that attend conferences or who are staying. Just ask the helpful reception staff and they talk you through what to do.
I asked all the delegates, every day what they thought of the place and in particular the food etc and there were no negative comments at all!
Special thanks to the brothers, Simon and Richard and also the chap who looked after things in setting up the rooms for me and replenishing our drinks and supplies throughout the days I was there, excellent and natural customer service.
