“Grows on you!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 November 2010

Stayed a couple of weeks. Really friendly staff. Lots of business people stay here. Breakfast supposed to start at 07.30 but is open earlier. Just about walking distance to Worthing restaurants and shops. Parking is tight but always available nearby. Rooms all seem colder than expected. Room service is great as the dining room is a bit basic for evening meals. DIdn't visit the bar but it looked OK, apart from freezing cold bitter. Most comfortable beds ever!

“Nice Place”

We really enjoyed our night at this hotel. Despite the fact that there was a wedding on we were given a nice quiet room away from the venue. We stayed in room 12 a superior room on the top floor. The room was not ready so we were offered another room but declined. The room was up two flights of stairs and we were asked if that was ok. Breakfast was very good as was the service. Good walking distance along the beach to the town and to the Pavillion Theatre. Do not eat in the restaurant on the corner opposite the theatre. The food is appauling.

“Enjoyable one night stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 June 2010

Booked direct with hotel who were very helpful with early check-in and parking arrangements. On arrival we received a friendly welcome and were shown to our room which was large, comfortable, clean and modern.

We were attending a wedding at another location and didn't return to the hotel until late that night - there was a wedding party in full swing at the hotel but noise did not carry to our room and we had a good night's sleep.

In the morning we were the only "non-wedding party" people at breakfast but a table had been kept aside for us and the service was excellent with the hot buffet well-stocked and freshly cooked.

All in all, an excellent venue for a short stay.

“OK if there is no more than 10 guests staying...”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 May 2010

This hotel is OK if you don't expect good service and there is no more than 10 guests staying at the same time. Avoid at all costs if there is a wedding party or other large amount of people because the hotel restaurant staff cannot cope. The restaurant manager was quite rude on the morning following the wedding when he had a full breakfast restaurant. We stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast on the first morning was adequate, ordered and delivered to the table, usual service, but the second morning was a different story. We had to queue for breakfast which was on a self serve basis and when we finally returned to the table we found a waitress clearing it assuming we had left. For a price of £90 per night for a small double room and a 4 foot bed we were not very impressed.

“nice hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 March 2010

just got back from a short stay at the windsor hotel and have to say what a very nice clean hotel , booked a king size bed room , and it was well worth the little extra , there was a wedding reception in the hotel , but the room they allocated us was away from any noise what so ever , room was clean and spacious , lcd tv , tea coffee facilities etc. breakfast was very nice too , cereal , jams , fruit , juices and the all important english fried breakfast , very nice hot and plentiful with abundance of toast too . the location is just out of town , but a pleasant seafront stroll takes you there in about 10 mins , staff very friendly and helpful , would definately stay again when visiting worthing again .
