“Excellent”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 February 2012

I stayed at the Burlington for a family birthday party. The room was excellent - roomy and spotlessly clean. Nice bathroom - the bath filled up quickly and there was plenty of hot water. Our bathroom had a low ceiling and so there wasnt a hook at 'over-your-head' height for the shower attachment. This may have got annoying for more than a two night stay. Breakfast was fantastic, the staff were polite and helpful without being pushy. Definitely would stay again if I was in the area.

We came to worthing to visit our friends, they recommended Burlington as they live nearby. We stayed in a spacious room with a sea view. Although we could not take our pet dog with us because the hotel does not allow pets. The room was clean and tidy, with a nice decor. We all had a dinner and drinks till late on Saturday night. The place was lively. It was a pleasant experience. We will be back.

Room Tip: Definitely Executive Suite

Have stayed at the Burlington Hotel on a regular basis for business. The rooms are always well presented, and the breakfast is great.

“not bad”

Stayed here while on business, overall its a nice hotel and I would stay again. Comfortable room, modernish decor, tv screen was tiny - 12 inches. Good location for beach, and few restaurants not too far away in montague st. Have not tried the food yet, but seems like the standard choice, pastas, sandwiches, chips etc.

Room Tip: choose a room on a high floor with sea view.

“Average hotel, very good breakfast”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 November 2011

We stayed in this hotel in October on a Saturday night. Asked for a room on a high floor with a good view which we didn't get but it didn't matter as we let the blinds down to hide the old windows and poor view. Good sized room with a dressing area and bathroom. Very powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Room was great for what we needed, somewhere to stay in Worthing whilst attending a black tie do. However, we thought it was a bit dated and not really worth £95.00. The full english breakfast was very good and cooked to order although orange juice wasn't freshly squeezed.
