We paid £100 a night to stay here and I can honestly say it's the worst place I have ever stayed in.
On arrival they had no record of our booking and said we were lucky that they had one room left! The room we were given was dirty! The only light we had in the bedroom was a small table lamp, the main lights didn't work. The bedside lights had been removed and paper stuffed in the hole to cover the wires! The bathroom was grubby and felt very unclean.
The leaflet says breakfast would be provided, it isn't, it was all locked up in the morning without anywhere to leave your key.
We tried to complain but have been told by the owners that we are not getting any money back, not even an apology.
It seems like this 'motel' is run by people who haven't got a clue how to look after people, the customer service is terrible.
I would definatly look else where for accomodation.

I paid £191 for a twin room for two nights B&B.
Booked late so had no choice of other hotel near to Silverstone.
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Bar area very scruffy. Room was similar to travel inn but shoddier. Soap had not been replaced, ventilator in bathroom didn't work, cigarette burns on bed linen etc. Arrived for breakfast on first day to find building locked. After knocking on window the owner opened up and said the cook had not turned up. He handed me £12 to compensate!
Arrived back late afternoon to find room had not been cleaned, no fresh towels etc. Complained to manager and was told they did not have a key to get in the room. When I suggested a partial refund I was told this was not possible as all hotels in the area were full! Obviously they are taking advantage of demand for accomodation around the grand prix and upping prices ridiculously for what is a second rate doss house. I'd rather have slept in the car!
