We spent three days and nights at the Basildon South Premier Inn and could not fault the room , staff , food everything was lovely and we have been coming to stay at this particular Premier Inn for the past eleven years. Lovely.

Very friendly staff. Clean and newly decorated hotel with spacious family rooms. Breakfast was good value for money and all food was freshly cooked and arrived quickly.

Clean and up to date basic rooms.
A quiet hotel with friendly staff.
There is a Beefeater resturant attached which serves a good breakfast and is family friendly.
This is a great value for money hotel and would reccomend.

I would use premier Inn again.

I have to say a pleasant clean room all you need for a short stay, staff at Hotel reception really exeptional and could not do enough to supply anything short in the basic room amenities ie pillow or tea, milk or coffee.
The restaurant was really busy for a Sunday evening food was expensive and I would say for the fillet steak I ordered was average, my wifes sea bass meal was cold, so we sent it back and to be honest a fresh new meal returned 5 minutes later so that was ok, but spoilt by the fact we were there as a couple but ended up eating at separate times so for near 30 quid with 1 glass of wine am I expecting too much?. Breakfast was eat as much as you like, really worth it, excellent service, nice people, no complaints there from me totally satisfied! my wife feels there should have been a menu for smaller appertites aswell and so if I gave it a score it would be 7 out of 10 Just be aware Premier Inns now is the time to be careful not to get too greedy putting profit before standards, such a manic pace needs attention to detail people dont want to be in a race and rushed through to the finishing line,
