If you are on an early Channel Tunnel Shuttle you will not find a hotel with a better location. You get exactly what you would expect from Premier Inn, quiet clean room with an adequte restaurant next door. No frills but fine. I stayed on a Saturday night and took advantage of paying up front for the room, a bargain at £39.

We arrived to a very friendly welcome. We were booked in straight away, we went up to see the room before we took our luggage from the car. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable with extra pillows on hand if needed. The bathroom was clean although a little tatty with wear and tear beginning to take its toll. We booked the meal deal for £22.00 per person, and we found the choice adequate with only the temperature of the food that needed attention. I must admit we love our food piping hot and on hot plates, and on this occaision both dinner and breakfast wasnt as hot as we would have liked. We couldnt fault a single member of staff, they were all polite and helpful. We would visit again without hesitation.

I have stayed here several times and the service is consistently good. Excellent choice of food for evening meal and superb choice for breakfast. You can leave at 7.30 fill up the car at Tesco and be at the Channel Tunnel by 7.50. I don't even bother checking availability and prices at other hotels when I visit Folkestone

Stayed for one night before getting the chunnel across to France for a camping trip. Nothing here apart from the Table Table pub/restaurant but decent enough accommodation and ample parking.

Room was fine apart from the fact that the aircon did not work and the windows wouldn't open (as is now ridiculous policy everywhere!) It was a very warm and stormy night and hence our sleep (or lack of) was very uncomfortable.

Our experience at the Table Table wasn't great either as they were much too busy and we were rather ignored. I think it would be OK if not on a busy Sun night. The pub itself is quite pleasant.

The management asked us about out stay on check out and when we told them about the problems with the room etc, we got a full refund! We didn't actually even complain. Can't really fault that!

Probably would stay again for convenience though would hope they have now sorted out the air con issues!
