Rooms were nice and clean and they accepted dogs into certain rooms in the hotel. really convenient for the Channel tunnel and Dover ferry port. Staff were very helpful and I left something behind and when I rang to inform them they had it and said they would keep it until my return to the UK.

We have stayed here several times in the last 18 months and each time it has been a pleasant experience, rooms are comfortable and clean, great bathroom, everything you would need for an overnight at a great price.

Used this hotel, like most, for access to the Tunnel.

We use the chain a lot as it offers value and comfort when using a hotel as a base rather than as somewhere you are going to spend time relaxing.

This is as good an example of a HIE as I've seen. Service was absolutely fantastic - efficient and friendly, the room was spotless, and the bar was a decent enough place for a couple of drinks before bed.

Breakfast was good also, easily coping with a coach trip.

The location - 5 mins drive til you are in lane for the tunnel, and also 1 min from a large Tesco - is perfect.

Would heartily recommend.

We recently visited Disneyland Paris and we therefore Booked 2 Rooms here on 30th November for my wife, myself and our Son, daughterin law and grandchildren.
The staff were very attentive , helpful and more than courteous.
My wife and I also stayed here on our return from France ( 3rd December) and it was very pleasing to be greeted by name. We needed to visit relatives and the staff were great with their directions. We ate in the hotel that evening and the food was plentyful and well presented.
The rooms were clean with ample tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was ample.
A very pleasant experience.
