Very well appointed comfortable rooms with all the usual facilities plus a microwave with dishes, cutlery and fridge/cooler. Quite location yet close to main Huddersfield to Halifax road with excellent bus services. Excellent breakfast. I have been twice so far, this is certainly my first choice in the area!

Been staying at Woods End on and off for over a year now. Found by accident never looked back. A bit like staying with family without the hassle. Tasty breakfast of fresh fruits, yoghurts, honey, cereals, toast, preserves etc. (full english available, can't comment on as I don't eat cooked breakfast), Julie has tweaked breakfast times when I've needed a lie in. Secluded location, parking, clean and comfortable. On occasion, have had grandchildren (both under five) stay with me. Rates are fabulous and, even though went up recently, still MORE than value for money! Combination of en-suite, single/double rooms. Kettle, fridge, tea/coffee, microwave, TV etc. in rooms. Shared bathroom (don't let this put you off). A mile from town centre, if you're driving that's no problem if not, there's bus/cab or, exercise those legs and take a walk. You'll not be disappointed. Plenty of eateries in Huddersfield to satisfy any palate.
