The hotel was in easy reach of Luton airport, breakfast was availiable from 4.30am if you had an early start, which we did so never used this service. Staff were very helpful, had no pillowcases and they offered to move us room. Clean basic room ideal for overnight stop for the airport.

I stayed at this hotel the night before a hugely important meeting and I only stayed here because all other hotels were full!
I arrived at 11pm to a dingy and dirty room. I had to drag by bag up to the top floor with no assistance as the lift was out of order. Once in my room, it stank of mould and the bathroom was just covered in brown and pink mould. I wouldn't take my shoes off as the carpet was filthy!
At exactly 11:30pm the power went out. Working in hotels I thought no problem. It'll be fixed soon. At 3:30AM I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO!!!! The hotel electric was being run via a DIESEL GENERATOR and due to the cold even after they had put more diesel in it, it still wouldn't start!!! So I spent the night in a freezing cold room with no electric or heating or water and didnt get so much as an apology until I left the hotel at 6:30am to try and find somewhere to have a wash and get ready for my important meeting!! I got a huffy sigh when I demanded my money back as if I was asking too much. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A HOTEL. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!

Stayed here for one night when my flight at Luton was cancelled. The room was clean, but there were no curtains or blinds on the window so as soon as it was light the room was very very bright. This I could cope with and flew on holiday the following day. On my return I saw that money had been taken from my card on a seperate bill to the main hotel bill. I was accussed of stealing all the pillows that were in my room. This is absurd as I was flying on holiday when I left the hotel. I am now taking legal action. The only evidence they say they will send me are the written statements from housekeeping saying there were no pillows in the room when they went in to clean it. I am writing this truthfully and I did not take the pillows. If you have any trouble with the hotel and try phoning do not expect to have your phone calls returned. I have left numerous messages to call me. It's a big long hassle of phone call after phone call. For one nights stay it really isn't worth it and I would never reccommend this hotel to anyone for this reason alone.
