To whom it may concern,
I am a Corporate/Business Jet Pilot for a major U.S. Corporation and recently stayed at this hotel during a stop at the Luton Airport. The hotel provides complimentary wireless in-room service, but unfortunately on the day of our stay, the entire system, through a specific British wireless service provider, was inoperative. The hotel staff tried to reset their system (on the roof) to no avail.
By late morning of our departure day (pm takeoff to the USA), we still had no computer access. I asked to speak with a manager and at that point I was introduced to Mr. Mark Bryant (Operations Manager). I shared with him that I needed to spend an hour or two online with my laptop in order to do some needed aviation “weather checking” and flight planning, and that I also had some critical office work to accomplish for my company. Mr. Bryant took his own time to bring me back to an unused office where there was a high-speed cable hookup I might use. He checked back on me and even assisted in configuring my laptop to allow access to the server, which I had not decoded. His help and time were greatly appreciated and I simply want to express that this manager went above and beyond in customer service and that it paid great dividends for me.
