I stayed at this hotel with my partner for one night prior to catching an early morning flight. We were greeted by the friendly & professional Lithuanian receptionist who gave us our room card and explained the breakfast hours. Our room was clean and spacious with a large bed which was a little hard and creaky. We had dinner at the Ibis restaurant which soured our overall experience. Our food was adequate but mediocre, and the service was slow as the waitress was lazy and pretended not to notice us even though there were hardly any tables occupied. We had enough of her shoddy service so walked up and paid the bill at reception. Had our experience at the restaurant been a positive one, we would have given the hotel a higher rating as everything else was fine, and at £28 was a bargain, for a hotel that is less than 10 minutes walk to the airport.
We would stay here again if we could find a room for a similar price, but would walk over to the Holiday Inn hotel, opposite, and have dinner there instead.
Note to manager: don't bother pasting the same generic comments you post on all reviews. It does nothing to improve your hotel's image. Instead, spend time constructively by improving on the feedback received on here.
