Our two night stay at Steven and Margarets lovely B&B was simply wonderful! We had the 'Four Poster' ensuite room complete with flatscreen TV, DVD player and a remote controlled fire! Superb breakfast, very clean everywhere and incredible value for money.
Easy walking to the town centre and beach and free parking. Be quick as this one will soon get booked up. Thanks to both of you for a lovely stay.

As the title says, I stayed for a long weekend in Scarborough during the depths of winter.
The days were sunny but cold and the nights were freezing.
However, everything about the Ashburton Hotel was warm including my room and the welcome.
Everywhere was clean and the parking was good and the breakfast was excellent.

All this for a bargain price and with no surcharge for the single room, (this was small but perfectly comfortable.)

I was in two minds whether to write this review as I don't want the Ashburton to be booked up next time I visit. However, justice needs to be done. Hard working and efficient owners deserve to be recognised

Have just returned from a weekend break & i have to say the standard of the rooms at this hotel are brilliant & the owners are very friendly. Breakfast was good (tip ask for double beans or ya get a tiny amount) ..... The only slight negative i have is there were some noisy people staying in the room above ours & we could hear them stomping about very clearly last thing at night & first thing in the morning .... Overall the hotel is a fab little place & we will definately consider a return in the future.
