Went for a few days (just got home). The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and had a view across the town. Parking was available right outside the door and I didnt move the car until it was time to leave. There are some fantastic views from the front of the house across the sea. Breakfast was really nice and everyone is catered for even us veggies!! The toiletries provided were really nice as well and the whole place has a green ethic with products being vegan friendly and recycling as much as possible but not in a shove it down your throat kind of way.

Have one of the warmest welcomes ever, I feel like ive come away and made a new friend, in fact the whole visit was more like visiting a friend rather than staying in a B&B.

If you are looking for some clean comfortable and reasonable then this is the perfect place. Cant wait to go back again!!

This was a last minute booking and we found it very welcoming with nice clean rooms, friendly owners and great breakfast.

The family room we had overlooked the sea and was perfect for our needs, situated on the North Bay it was much quieter than other parts of town, we would highly recommend it to all.

It was a last minute decision to decide on somewhere to stay in Scarborough for a long weekend so a lot of places were already booked, but I do not regret on picking this place.

As soon as we pulled up outside the view outside the B&B was lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and at ease by Virginia who explained everything to us and said we could find her any time if we need any help with exploring Scarborough.

The rooms we stayed in were nicely sized, clean bedding and towels too. The only downer is the amount of sockets. There's only one spare as the TV take's the other. The place is about a 10 minute walk from the town centre and all it's amusements, walking down it was fine.. just a bit of a trek up a hill to get back though.. but then again, the whole of Scarborough is on a hill.

I would definitely recommend this place.

This isour second stay at this bed and breafast guest house. Great value for money. Rooms immaculate with free shower cream/hair shampoo and conditioner etc, very nice little finishing touches. Breakfast there is a very good choice to pick from. Owners Ian and Virginia weel done to you both, and they will also gratefully give you any information that you require as to getting and out and about in scarbrough. Will be defineatly returning again at some point.
