My husband and I needed a few days break from our hectic lives, but we are on a tight budget. We chose the Premier Inn purely because due to the low cost of the hotel, however ths was the only thing that was low. The room was excellent, very clean, spacious and well kept. The staff were all attentive, polite, friendly and made us feel as if nothing was too much trouble. They were able to cater for my special dietry needs in the restaurant without any hesitation, you would be surprised how many restaurants cannot cope with a salt free diet. It is also a great location for easy access to Windsor and London. We highly recommed this hotel.

We were saved from a night on a bench in Heathrow February 4/5 by the response of this hotel at 2.30am. Our flight was cancelled in the middle of the night and our airline could not find accommodation for us. Kassim and Raj were there at reception, held the door open for us as we stumbled exhausted from our taxi and they provided us with two perfect rooms at reasonable cost very quickly. We slept for a few hours, and then fortified with a great breakfast we set off to Heathrow in taxi organised by hotel, to face the onward trip. All in all it was a good experience in the middle of a travel nightmare. Well done.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, room cold on arrival, given a heater immediately, problem solved. Food was excellent, suffered a severe migraine the next morning and had to stay in bed, we were attending a funeral, they got a taxi for my mum, let me stay in room til 1pm, helped with my bags, made sure i was ok before driving. A credit to your company, can't thank them enough.

We stayed for one night over the New Year period and it was an excellent place to stay for a family trip to London with two small children. Parking at Slough railway station was easy and reasonable at £4.30 a day at weekends and £7.10 weekdays. Train direct to Paddington takes between 18 and 30 mins depending how many stops and travelcards for the family were cheap giving return journey plus tube and bus all day.
Hotel was pleasant and cosy inside. Staff were all excellent and extremely helpful. We had snack food in the evening in the bar and it was all very good, as was breakfast in the morning with just about everything you could possibly want.
Room was big enough for four of us even with the two pull out beds (which are much better than a floppy sofa like other establishments!) for the children. Slightly too warm for our tastes but you can always open the window.
All in all - very impressed for our first stay in a Premier Inn.
