Nights manager Bode is the best. Clean and comfortable hotel in bedford. I would recommend this hotel for both business and leasure.

I use this Holiday Inn Express virtually every week with work. It always has a friendly welcome and the rooms are always clean and tidy. The staff will always go the extra mile if you let them know something is wrong. The food available in the evening is nothing to write home about and the breakfast is adequate with a token hot selection available. Overall a nice place to stay.

A good value, clean hotel with very attentive staff. We stayed on a Saturday night and found it perfect, staff were very polite and helpful our room was more than adequate with a nice bathroom, would definitely stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and breakfast was more than adequate. Room was clean and modern. Perfect for a short stay and close to Bedford with easy acess to all main routes.
Only complaint was the noise that a bus party of French children leaving at 5 am made.
Perhaps some notices in several languages asking to be more considerate to other guests would be good.
