Had an overnight stay in this Premier Inn on our way back from http://www.seafari.co.uk/oban/
Rooms were of usual Premier standard but what put this Premier Inn was the staff. We had an extremely friendly and genuine welcome.
The evening meal in the adjoining restaurant was enjoyable and reasonably priced and again the service was friendly. Breakfast was the usual Premier Fayre but again what set it apart was the attitude of the staff. No problem moving away from the menu and providing fried bread but also when I said that I didn't want tomatoes because they were tinned the breakfast appeared with grilled tomatoes!!
Such a small gesture but so thoughtful and demonstrating that customer service means something at the Premier Inn Carlisle Central North.

Stayed here for one night on the £29 deal so it was a bargain.

Rooms clean and decently sized, two extra pillows in cupboard which is always a bonus. Extra tea and coffee sachets provided in lobby so you can restock yourself, along with a selection of magazines to borrow.

The pub attatched is also very good for an evening meal at a reasonable price.

Staff were friendly and the location is perfect. We were driving down from Stranraer having caught the ferry from Ireland and wanted to break up our journey. The hotel is very easy to find and is a lot better looking than the junction 44 one, which we drove past.

Wouldn't pay their prices for breakfast though... instead we drove two minutes up the road towards the motorway where there is an industrial estate containing a greggs bakery and a mcdonalds.

We stayed at this hotel as a stopover on our way to Scotland. It was in an ideal location and we found everything great for our needs - very clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly helpful staff. In fact we received a phone call on my mobile after we'd checked out, as I'd left 2 items in the room! Thanks to the efficiency of the staff we weren't too far away so could call back to pick them up. Thanks Premier Inn.

Arrived only to find restaurant closed for refurbishment but was not told before arrival. So had to get take away for breakfasts and dinners. On plus side reception had plenty of take away menus to choose from. Had got back to hotel on first night to find no towels in room. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
