stayed in hotel on 28th jan and on arrival it reminded me of a worn out blackpool b & b. had booked a double room but on arrival we were told there were no double rooms left so we were given a twin room....bathroom was very worn, shower a trickle, bedside lamps with no bulb in 1, telephone with no plug point and room was freezing, holes kicked in doors..my husband had to go to bed as he had a migraine so i went shopping and on return 2 hrs later he hadn't managed to heat up despite being in bed with clothes on. i went to reception and explained about cold and asked to be moved, which they never questioned and got moved to a...guess??..double room...can't fault staff, breakfast was ok but a big draughty, noisy, shabby building...spent the night @ loch lomond the previous week and hotel was luxury for £5 more...sorry but won't return..i
