stayed hear with my elderly mum.poor staff and room needs a complete makeover and moden furniture and carpets and lighting and curtain nets and hotel is not very clean either.poor meals which when served are cold and not cooked whats so ever this is a health a saftey issue.small meals are served hear which means you have to go out to eat .cob webs around the celling lights.seats are not comfortable at all.worse place to stay .

to lyn brain and deb , many thanks , there is nothing you all could have done for us to make our holiday any better , rooms were lovely , food fantastic , sevice second to none . i have stayed in many hotels both here in the uk and abroad , and yours rates very highly . for those how think there are a few smoking rooms , there are not . i found no problem with parking ,i will 100% , stay with you again. to lesley who was the singer on one of the nights through our stay , you should have made x factor , thought simon was good at his job , but letting you slip through his fingers ( may be he isnt so good ) you are amazing , , happy brithday see you soon . well done the chatsworth ,

rooms are dirty tea stains on windowsill if you pay for breakfast with your room
DONT its a discrace ul get more food going down the road to mc donalds it says there have a carpark this is not true there have a bit of space round the back were u have to block each other in and leave your keyes we never saw the landlord or land lady just a few well lets say no english staff who dont realy understand

The rooms were small and needed updating, (if you were a big person, you'd struggle to get on the toilet coz it was too near the basin), the location was good, the staff were friendly enough, but were too few and underpaid. The breakfast was not good enough, ie, the full English was either beans or tomato, not both. I mean, how can you have a full English without beans. But, our biggest complaint is regarding the bar. At the front of the hotel, the sign said, open to non residents, but I don't think it was open to residents much. When questioning staff about this, they said people go out at night, then come back too late. Well yes of course they do, they're on holiday, thats what you do on holiday. We didn't regard the owners/propierters as particularly friendly either.
