We have just returned from anothert wonderful Christmas at the Kildare. Joyce and Ray really do bend over backwards to make their guests happy. It was just like a family Christmas. It was so nice to meet new people and greet the ones from last year. The food, as always was delicious! The entertainment was extremely enjoyable. We hope to return in the Summer!!

The kildare was very clean and comfortable,we were made very welcome,the room was excellent

Once again Joyce and Ray excelled in every way, nothing is too much trouble.food is spot on and the service is second to none.looking forward to two breaks there in 2012.we would recommend THE KILDARE very highly and can`t wait for next year.

Ok, we chose the Kildare on the strength of the positive reviews on Tripadvisor - and it lived up to them. A warm welcome, exceptionally clean room, good breakfast choice - the kippers were perfect, and everything we needed for our weekend stay. It's 34 years since i was last in Skeggy,and the resort has certainly upped it's game since the 70's. Both beach and streets were noticeably clean and largely litter free. We came for a Northern Soul weekend and found the Kildare close to the music venues which was handy. Will we come back to the Kildare ?
