stayed in caravan which was brilliant very spacious and was perfect for the two of us. bed was comfy and bathroom was big (we did have a adapted one for access of wheelchair which we don't use) the staff were kind and friendly and felt welcomed. evening entertainment was ok target kids only evening after 11pm (but its to be expected being a family park). food was good and really enjoyed worth the pennies. i even made some friends with some ducks that seem to jump out the water and say hello as soon as i opened the door and even snuck into our living room!! (i didn't feed them until the day we left). took two out of the three days there to turn heating on was freezing but thats just me not understanding instructions :S overall a good experience and looking to go back again in september!

stayed here and was very disappointed with the caravan, disguting smell from drains and cigarette smell, wee stains on the mattress and couldn't even open the kitchen window to try and air the caravan as it was broken and nailed down, when i tried to complaim i just got fobbed off by the receptionist who just couldn't be bothered, pity really as we really enjoyed the entertainment there on a evening but didn't enjoy having to go back to the caravan!

We stayed here beginning of December for one night . The room was a lovely one overlooking the lake at the front very modern you could stay here for a week plenty of space. We didn't get time to check leisure centre swimming pool or the golf course, breakfast was all you can eat. The only problem we had as we where there for one night only our door was on a timer the maid English had to let us in and one of our friends had the same problem we where checking out at 12 the door locked at 11 am . Other than that would certainly stay here again

a very clean smart looking hotel with staff too match, we stayed in a superior room very large with huge bed also very comfortable and clean bright bathroom ample space to spill out into modern tv,sofa allyou could want really.breakfast enormous portions with cereals,fruit,and sundries in abundance and very well cooked.evening meal due to function in main hotel was in the leisure centre again massive portions very well cooked and presented by smiling happy staff which makes a pleasant change.all in all an excellent stay and we will return again a big thank you to all who made our stay so good
ps i originate from skegness and this hotel will take some beating
