Great hotel and service, Mel and Rob always had time for us and were able to satisfy my 2 boys. Infact we had tears when we said we had to leave.

Rooms are clean and plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Fresh towels everyday. it was great that we could change what we wanted for breakfast, by letting them know the night before.

Great location to the main town of Skegness and to the beach. We hope to come back next year.

This was our 3rd trip to the ivydene hotel and once again the stay was very enjoyable. Rob and Melina are allways willing to help. Super breakfast and a very wide choice available. The rooms are allways very clean and tidy. Very cosy hotel. Also a nice bar with a wide choice. truely would recommend to any age group as you will be very welcomed at the ivydene, We had a super 7 day stay and was made to feel at home. Cant wait to visit again.

very clean hotel .spacious rooms .fantastic hosts ,,good beer ,stayed in room 7,at the front and we slept with windows open ,and wasn't disturbed by any road noise .breakfasts first class..... will be back next year thank you

We were a group of 12 went for a action packed weekend and Skeggie kept us amused the whole time. Rob & Melina were kept busy with us and always available. Breakfast was freshly cooked, hot and all choices catered for.

Rooms are basic but clean and cleaned every day. Only down side would be shower doesn't have much pressure but still does the job.

Very welcoming hotel will visit again
