Going down to southwest this Premier Inn was handy for M5 & it was a good deal easily booked online.The Brewers Fayre was onsite for meals .The room was clean & comfy.All staff were friendly & efficient

We stayed for 3 nights and found our stay very relaxing. The staff were very helpful (we asked for an extra duvet as one our daughters were cold). The price can not be beaten as we booked a far way in advance. Great breakfast too!!

Stayed one night on business. A lovely girl on reception told us it was only her second day on the job and was very apologetic when she needed help from a colleague with our payment confirmation details. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and could not be faulted.
The room was the usual standard, comfortable and clean. However, my room overlooked the main road and was very noisy. As it was very warm I had to keep the window open as there is no cooler /air conditioner unit in the rooms.
Breakfast is served in the Brewers Fayre next door, however, the entrance is around the corner facing away from the Premier Inn so you have a bit of a jog around the car park if it is raining!
Overall, a reasonable option for one night's stay but not for a longer visit.

very clean friendly and welcoming even the cleaning staff greeted me with good morning they all do a very good job well done and thank you
