The hotel is located just off the old quay at Poole. The staff are very attentive and friendly and the food is of a high standard.

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived staff were friendly and helpful, We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a suite which made our whole experience amazing. The room was tidy and well thought out. The bistro was also very good for dinner and breakfast. I wouldnt say poole is the nicest area but the hotel definatly was in the nicest area of poole.

Stayed a couple of times in January 2011 on business, the hotel is very well situated for the Poole Quay area and in the best part of Poole. The comfort of the rooms, standard of service and quality of the food is very good. i would recommend this hotel both as a business hotel , but also a great place to spend a short holiday in.

Firstly the staff at reception and in the bar were excellent.
The room was fine although starting to show signs of wear and tear but everything worked including the very welcome coffee machine. The only negatives were the shower room and parking fee. The toilet seat was broken (and I forgot to mention this to the staff) and the shower looks tired, although the large shower rose delivered a good drenching.
I was not aware of car parking fee of £10 so that was not welcome news on arrival.
I enjoyed the bar and the open fire on a cold night and would stay there again.
