Recently stayed at Harbour Heights Hotel, room was lovely with a fantastic view and fab spa bath, afternoon tea was a delight watching the sunset over the Harbour ! simply stunning.! and the warm scones!! Yum.
Breakfast was equally delightful and we did not want to leave. Great Hotel in a fab location with equally fabulous staff., Can't wait to return!!!

Stayed in the hotel overnight as a birthday treat. Late arriving and the restaurant was fully booked, however the menu was not for me. We had room service instead, the menu was more appealing to us. Do you tip for room service? Room very comfortable and it was nice to be in charge of the temperature. Breakfast was plentiful and nice, staff very good. Can we call it a complaint if we say we couldn't find a paper napkin to carry the remainder of our petit fours home with us!!

The views across Sanbanks bay from the terrace is stunning on a warm summers day, perfect for lunch with family/friends/partners.

The restaurant in the evenings is beautiful, decor is modern and tasteful. Food is top quality, compliments to the chef.

Will be returning again to dine. However never stayed in the hotel rooms.

Stayed for a birthday weekend. When arrived slightly disappointed with The 'sea view' which I had paid a supplement for. In the end I asked reception if they would see if there was a better room- well, they were wonderful! In my experience such a request is met with disdain, but not here- they couldn't have been more accommodating and we actually were put in a far superior room- which really set the tone for the rest of the weekend. I don't think I have stayed in a hotel where the staff were so consistently helpful and pleasant. The food was great, the room immaculate and the views wonderful. An absolute bonus is the use of the sister hotels spa facilities- we used the haven spa which was great with the outdoor pool open in January- swimming outside right next to the sea- pretty unique in this country! I really can't recommend enough, thank you.
