“Amazing”

I stayed in Ibis stevenage on 23rd December 2011 and i had an amazing lovely stay. All the staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. Were always smiling. When i arrived i was un sure on how to get to the hotel reception and the chef from the resturant showed me round to the reception which was very kind of him. The rooms were extermly clean and the beds were very comfortable i had a amazing night sleep would just like to say The General Manager Ruslana is a very professtional down to earth lady. I will defo be staying at the hotel again. Stacey

very clean nice and friendly staff, i will recomend this to all. The shops are not far away so if you need any thing, dont have to walk too much. thanks to the staff and Management for good Job. cheers

“Budget price, budget service”

This hotel is cheap and comfortable. It has a 15 minute guarantee for any problems to be resolved, which is a bonus.
Having to park elsewhere is a nuisance, however. The food in the restaurant isn't good and the breakfast is overpriced (what if you don't want an all-you-can-eat breakfast?).

Dear Anna

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Yes, the hotel is very comfortable and as we are just establishing ourselves in the market you can get very good deals.

Unfortunatly no hotels in Stevenage Town Centre have their own parking - for this you need to go a little further out of town / to letchworth etc. However our parking arrangement is the nearest to the hotel and safest to walk from as it is attached to the shopping center and is fully covered by CCTV.

Our breakfast is a buffet and provides a wide range of products e.g. cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cereals, and a cooked breakfast. You also get a choice of hot drinks not just the standard tea or coffee. All of our meat produce comes from a local butcher who supllies fresh produce each day. Our price is comparable with the local market and with the launch of Cafe Green we look forward to developing our food offering. We are supprised you found dinner not to you satisfaction as we check each table to ensure all guests are happy. I am generally here at the hotel personally ensuring all is well in our busy restaurant as most diners are regular.

I was impressed with the rooms last time I stayed but the reception and Bistro have been refurbished now also. Can highly recommend dinner, very tasty and at a reasonable cost.
Thank you for another great stay.

“Oh how a hotel can change”

Oh how a hotel can change. I heard the Ibis had been refurbish so thought I would give it another try. Well I'm glad I did. I don't know how much they have spent but wow, It's lovely inside, especially the Green room cafe. Something I need while away on business is wifi & that worked wherever I was. Staff were friendly and the lady behind the reception very informative.
Will stay again.
