Having stayed in most hotels in Stevenage, this one tops the lot. Friendly, welcoming staff, rooms are excellent, noise levels minimal, bar area nice and breakfast is great. I always try to stay here when in Stevenage on business. Only one minor downside is the on site parking is vitually non existent, parking across the road is but a short walk via an underpass

Booked this as a cheap lastminute deal - upgraded on arrival and joined their Priority Club awards. Great room - and quite exceptional friendly service for dinner and breakfast,. Both at times which are typically not the best to turn up - early and late respectively - also some great characters served. Follow up phone call to check all Ok - yes I'd consider this a preferred stopover for some of my business trips.

I stayed here 2 nights jan 3rd and 4th for business i do hate staying in hotels but i was made very welcome by natasha on reception . my room was lovely nice and clean and plenty of room there was iron and ironing board, hairdryer and plenty tea and coffee believe me i have stayed in some dumps this was pure luxury . and evening meal choice was good and breakfast lots to choose from I wil be staying here again soon and have recommended this hotel to my collegues who have already booked. Im sure they wont be dissapointed Well done to the manager and all staff

Stayed for one night over the weekend. Good sized Twin room. Clean, smart and crisp. Booked via BookTravelnStay at an unbelievable rate. Probably the best hotel in Stevenage.
