We had a fantastic room not sure where some of the other reviews are coming from. Cannot fault anything it was absolutely excellent and great value. Would have no hesitation in staying again.

We stayed for one night and overall enjoyed the experience, the room was brilliant as we were upgraded being in the priority club, there was a fridge in the room and other creature comforts, flat screen tv, plenty of towels, nice and warm, clean and quiet considering the adjacent A14, the staff were superb, paticularly on check in, would stay again great value for money.

My Husband and I have just returned from spending a weekend at this Hotel and it was like visiting friends we were made so welcome. All of the staff were very attentive. The General Manager welcomed us when we arrived and as we have bben staying there regularly while visiting family in the Area upgraded our room as a gift for choosing to return to his hotel. It was very much appreciated. All of the Dining Room and bar staff were pleasant,attentive and very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Not forgetting the Chef whose food was cooked well, hot and presented in a way which encouraged you to enjoy it. We will definitely be returning to this hotel again and would recommend it.

Good online price, on arrival every thing prepared. Was not recognised as PC plat on arrival, but found a letter in the room detailing special toiletries/washing soaps and free internet had been provided...Oh and free beer ...
Was impressed with the resturaunt staff very attentive and kept beer glass topped up.
Room was ok.
Sited on industrial estate some bars/shops about ten mins walk into the city.
Generally very happy and no complaints, would stay again.
