The outside of this place looked a mess and the inside was even worse, the owner was rude and unfriendly and I generally didn't feel valued as a customer. My room had a strange smell and I found a sticky patch on my pillow. The service and food was awful and I deeply regret staying here. There are many and much better hotels in Ipswich.
