Superb! Had a long drive up and met by Fiona who offered to help us with our bags, room was so comfortable and big, we were both pleasantly surprised, I hadn't looked at any reviews and just picked the guest house because it had parking and was so reasonably priced. Have now looked at the reviews and they are spot on. Fiona and Keith had their brains picked by us as to which were good beaches for body boarding and good jogging routes. Book by the front door had guests reviews for the eating establishments in the area which was really useful! Massive bed in our room was sooo... comfy, alas it wouldn't even fit in our room at home. Really clean, modern and spacious with luxurious feel throughout the whole guest house plus our breakfast was delicious. We would definately go back.

Had a lovely warm welcome at this Superb Guest House, Beautiful Decorated Family Room very spacious and very clean, Huge Breakfast to die for nothing too much trouble served in a lovely dining room, great location would recommend and will be staying again in the near future.

Fiona and Keith made us most welcome even though it was a late booking. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable and well organised. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Fiona was very helpful in suggesting places to go and to eat. We look forward to returning again and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

needed a short break so asked the boys where shall we go in uk as summer holidays were ending , we chose llandudno again and the lads asked to stay at the del-mar , called and was greeted so welcoming and soon as i spoke " your usual room " lol the family room , yes of course , with such short notice we were able to be squeezed in , we arrived and booked in bags in room and fiona gave us the lowdown on whats happeing today in the area , so much choice , off we went and had a brilliant day and visited the italian romeos and loved it , back to our cumfy beds and up to a yummy breakfast , my lads eat so much and keith always there to help . the room was good in size , spotless and so so comfy , i cannot fault this hotel such a bargain with nothing too much and so so close to the beach , pier and orme . looking forward to another visit ,
