I personally would never recommend this establishment. I have been within the public industry for fifteen years. I know how you should speak to potential customers down the phone! I had to slam the phone down due to how rude the lady on reception was to me an utter disgrace! i believe her name is sue heiden, she should learn some manners to get custom!

We were very pleased with the warm welcome. It was such a pleasant place in a great area. Most importantly it was clean and well equipped. The location was within a stone throw away from all local amenities while still remaining peaceful. Such an ideal place to stay in a beautiful town.

Could stay in a bed and breakfast for much less with better amenities. We have stayed at hotels in Llandudno with entertainment for less than what we paid here. Disappointing

We stayed a week at Ormes Hey Studio Flatlets. The room was very spacious , with cooker, fridge , microwave and sink. The bathroom was just adjacent to our room. It is situated in a very quiet area but not very far to walk to the town centre. Everything we needed for our self catering stay was there. Dining Table and Chairs, TV tables, and plenty of utensils and crockery. We will definately be going back to Ormes Hey in the near future. Thank you for a very welcoming stay :)
