I just returned from a two week holiday at Ormes Hey Apartments in Llandudno yesterday and wanted to say thank you so much for providing such an amazing holiday.

Your staff team there (Suzanne, David, Max, Mathew, Amanda) really could not have been more friendly and helpful. The apartment and location were also just wonderful.

We have just got back from our annual trip to Ormes Hey Apartments, as usual Suzanne and staff cant do enough for you. We see the same faces returning every year as well as new customers, most of the staff are the same as when we first started to go eleven years ago which to us says it all. As you might be able to tell, we quite enjoyed our stay and will be returning again very soon.....

We have stayed at Ormes Hey Apartments many times and always found it reliable and good quality. Public areas are all tidy and clean, bedrooms spacious and well maintained - the bathrooms have been updated. Staff are helpful and the whole place has that comfortable feel. We shopped around for prices and you will find good value at Ormes Hey Apartments.

I personally would never recommend this establishment. I have been within the public industry for fifteen years. I know how you should speak to potential customers down the phone! I had to slam the phone down due to how rude the lady on reception was to me an utter disgrace! i believe her name is sue heiden, she should learn some manners to get custom!
