John and Marina run a friendly and delightful establishment and I would recommend Audley House to anyone needing a first class place to stay in Llandudno. Audley House is ideally situated for the pier, seafront, bus stops and railway station, town centre shops and restaurants and the Great Orme.

It was a pleasure to stay in such a charming and well-run guest house with great hosts.

Audley House is ideally situated only five minutes stroll from main shopping area and the prominade with its 150 year old pier.When you arrive you always get a warm welcome from John and Marina.Audley House is extremely comfortable and the bedrooms warm and inviting.There is a choice of breakfast which is always hot and freshly cooked to your requirements and served in a tastefully decorated dining room.This was our fifth stay and would not consider staying anywhere else.A home from home.
