Very satisfied with room, facilities, shower excellent & plenty of hot water. 15% discount on food at Restaurant where service & food without fault. Could have had better welcome on arrival & made to feel more welcome but for the price paid was satisfied.

dont believe bad reviews about this hotel. arrived mid afternoon and was shown to our room
it was clean and tidy, had a lovely bathroom with white fluffy towels room was nice and warm and hospitality tray full with tea, coffee etc which was restocked next day when room was cleaned and bed made, breakfast was included cereals, fruit, juice and a choice of cooked breakfast, toast and tea or coffee. there was also a honesty bar where you could help yourself to drinks and you paid when you left.

Me and my partner stayed here last weekend overnight. The outside looked nice enough and upon getting in the hotel it was clean and tidy but no staff... We rang the bell and rang the number on the front desk but nothing. After 10 minutes a young man came running through and without so much as a hello grabbed our key and gestured us to follow (don't think he spoke English) as soon as we entered the room he disappeared! The room (number 6) was lovely the 48 inch telly, the most comfortable nights sleep ever!! Bit for what I paid the room was too small for the furniture and very cold! The bathroom was basic but a major downfall was two of the four towels provided had dirty stains... And the toilet seat too... (made me feel a bit sick) I tried to let staff know but couldn't find any!! Morning came and we went down for breakfast it was served quickly but again for the price It was disappointing to say the least (cheap overcooked bacon and sausage) there were cereals and plenty of tea and toast though. Checkout was again a case of a lady who spoke little English gesturing me for a payment card and a swift "see-ya"!! Overall the hotel was clean and inviting but majorly overpriced. I paid for the top price room so I expect a top price service. U fortunatly there was no service at all. Very disappointed with the lack off effort put into welcoming or checking everything was alright. Won't be paying to stay there again. But let me just say don't let this put you off Llandudno. It was a great weekend break.

Arrived wondering about the parking like previous posts. No Problems - just propped out the front with the hazrdlights oo then found a parking place around the corner. Whilst I was parking my wife checked in - reports no problems. We were supposed to have the room upstairs but it had a maintenance issue so an upgrade to the suite at the front and a free bottle of red for the trouble! Room is great, bathroom clean.
Looking forward to breakfast. Tip - remember that the single yellow line parking restriction outside stops at 1700hrs. Makes parking for the next morning departure a breeze once you relocate.
