We booked for just one night (Saturday) ,we arrived after a trying drive to be greeted by a very pleasant owner,her daughter and Finley (the dog).The Hotel was tastefully and imaginately decorated ,both inside and out.We were lucky enough to be given the 'four poster bed'room on the second floor with stunning views of the seafront.They have a very relaxed outlook which includes running the bar on an 'honesty' principal.Only having booked for the one night did n't give us the opportunity of spending much time in the Hotel,which was a shame as the view from the patio in the front garden would have persuaded us to sit there most of the day.Breakfast was amazing,with the option of a full breakfast ,which we had,and a brilliant fresh fruit salad,which we also had.We will certainly book again,hopefully for longer next time.

We came to the Elms for a 2 day break away from the kids, on arrival found the car park which in Llandudno is a rarity. We met the owners Colin, Lorraine and their daughter who shown us the room which was a suite very spacious and tidy, best of all the lift was a godsend.
During our stay we experienced colins Winglish breakfast a mix of Welsh and English which was out of this world.
The Elms looks over the whole promenade close to cafes bars and quality restaraunts.
We will be back to this hotel again

Just returned from another excellent stay at The Elms Hotel, Llandudno.

This is the second time i have stayed at the Elms Hotel now and each visit has been extremely enjoyable.

This time i was one of a party of twelve golfer's with ages ranging from 38 to 67 and nothing was too much trouble for our host's Colin and Lorrraine.

The location is great, cleanliness excellent , very comfortable, wonderful breakfast and of course two excellent hosts in Colin and Lorraine.

Everything about the hotel is first class.

I would just like to finish by thanking Colin and Lorraine on behalf of all twelve golfers for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stayed here for 2 night break, hosts very friendly and helpful, breakfast- well what can I say-- amazing everything from freshly prepare fruit cocktail to the most tasty full english i've ever had, centrally located and spectacular views over the bay.
