Karden House is a great b+b in a convenient quiet location, close to shops, train station and only a few minutes walk to the prom, pier and theatre.
Picked this hotel after checking Tripadvisor rating and came up trumps yet again, the hotel is very clean and comfortable with one of the nicest breakfasts you could ask for ( maybe serving just a bit early for us, 8am to 9am ).
Bedroom ( No.3 ) and en-suite bathroom were comfortable and spotless, at rear of hotel on ground floor so nice and quiet.
Highly recommended b+b.
There is on-street parking outside the hotel if lucky enough to get a space, but parking can be an issue in Llandudno at busy times

This B&B is just a stone's throw away from the train station. 27 pounds per night for a single in the summer is definitely very good value for money. The room is kept pretty clean and the full english breakfast is decent. The hosts are very welcome and helpful.

...and we glad we did. 2 streets in from the prom, Quiet and well positioned for the shops, only 10 minutes walk to the pier. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and cereals followed by the full English. Proprietors were delightful and were there when needed and left you to it at other times.

Our room was number 3 on the ground floor. It was at the back of the hotel with no adjoining bedrooms and so was very quiet. It has a en-suite with shower,toilet and basin. Coffee/tea/kettle in the room, just ask for more provisions if required. Plenty of storage and a TV. Much better room than for example the Queens Hotel.

The room and en-suite was modern furnished in excellent decorative order. The bed was comfy. Most importantly everything was immaculately clean.

We stayed for 4 nights and our bedding was changed after 2 nights.

We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Very warm welcome to a well kept house which is clean and bright with all the facilities you require. Nice white fluffy towels as well. The full English breakfasts and extensive range of cereals, fresh strawberries etc. was more a banquet than a breakfast. Great position to walk to both the wedding venue we were attending and to the St. George's Hotel for the wedding breakfast.
