“Excellent stay, lovely food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 August 2010

We came on a coach holiday, we stayed from Monday 16th August-Friday 20th August.
There were good points and bad points, mostly good though!! :)

I will start off with the few bad points-
-If you don't like climbing up steep slopes this isn't the hotel for you, as the hotel is very high up.
-The hotel dosent have a lift.

The good points are-
- The food is lovely, and you always get more than enough with different choices to suit what you like, :) Also a full welsh breakfast is available in the morning, which is basically a full english! :)
- The rooms are nice, and if you are lucky enough to get a front room you have amazing views of Llandudno! :D
-This hotel is very close to the town centre if you need anything, I would say about a 5 minute walk from the hotel! :D

Overall it is a lovely hotel, I would definatly reccomend this to a friend! :D

“A relaxing, happy experience.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 August 2010

My husband and I stayed for five days at the All Seasons in Room 11. This room, and the en suite bathroom, had both been refurbished since our last stay and have been done to a high standard, very stylish and spotlessly clean. The views from the bay window are unparalelled with panoramic views on all sides. The hilly situation might be unsuitable for the less able bodied but worth the bit of a climb if you can. This small hotel is family run and has a very happy, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The public rooms are spacious and comfortable with limited evening entertainment. The menu is perhaps a little limited and mealtimes are fixed but this hotel caters mainly for coach parties so this policy is understandable and did not present a problem. In fact, we enjoyed the banter and jovial atmosphere generated by these guests. We were not disturbed by any household noise and the only noise which did disturb us was the seagulls but they add to the atmosphere and are to be expected at the seaside. The surrounding scenery is lovely with Haulfre Gardens and Happy Valley on the doorstep. Day trips are easily available for the independent traveller with good bus and train services from the resort to a variety of destinations. We have certainly thoroughly enjoyed our stay at All Seasons and thank Steph and her family and her staff for helping to ensure our stay was so enjoyable. We hope to return next year.

“dont go”

We went with glenton holidays, it was freezing, heating was on a timer, we asked for a heater for the room and were told NO they didnt have any?? also was told they couldnt afford to have the heating on all the time!!!!! it was sub zero temps. The water in the shower was hot then suddenly went cold while i was covered in shampoo and shower gel, had to wait til it heated up again. Manager was very unhelpful as were glenton. the hotel (i would not class it as such) was filthy the carpets are all stained the one in the dining room was enough to put you off eating in there. I booked a twin room, got a room with a double bed and a single bed with a notice on the single bed saying if we used it we would be charged extra!!!! too bloody cold to use it anyway. We had to buy a wee heater from poundstretcher, and smuggle it in. The manager made Basil Fawlty look extremely good!! and Fawlty Towers look like the Hilton. My advice would be DONT GO.Dining room staff were nice, cant say anything else good about it. plenty places to eat out in lovely beautiful very friendly llandudno.I think we might of been better spending new year in jail, we would of been warm (prisoners have got human rights!!!!) 3 meals a day and it would of been FREE. Nice to be home in my nice warm clean house. never never never would i go back even if it was free.
