“Fawlty Towers was better !!”

I arrived with my Pensioners Club on the 29/08/11, one of our holiday makers was in a wheelchair, and she was told that she would be in a room on an upper floor, obviously this was going to be a problem as there was no lift in the Hotel. Eventually after a lot of discussion, she was eventually given a lower ground room.
That was the start of things to come, Owners were not very pleasant or helpful, although i have to say that the dining room staff were more helpful and friendly.
Heating was not on during the day, but as it was the end of August and as we were all pensioners he could have at least tried to accomodate., one of our party, who was in her late 70's was frozen and asked for the heating to be turned on, to which the Owners refused , stating it was " August " and they dont put heating on until September.
Facilities were not adequate in rooms for 2 people, and had to go and ask for more milk, to which he replied , "thats all you get" and said we would have to buy it , which cost 50p, and because i only had notes, he practicaly threw the milk across the counter at me.
Entertainment poor,
I would never in my wildest dreams ever recommend this Hotel to anyone, so take heed....

if i could put a 0 out of 5 i would!!

“Cheap and cheerful place to stay with very friendly hotel staff.”

Stayed at the 'All Seasons' hotel for 3 nights with a couple of friends at the end of May.

The hotel staff were very welcoming. Parking is a big issue here but Steph, (who was very friendly), went out of her way to make sure that we were able to park when we arrived. Rooms are old fashioned looking but kept very clean and I had a great view of Llandudno from my room (no.29).

Good points: Friendly hotel staff, warm hotel, very clean rooms, great view of Llandudno if your room is at the front, it is nice and quiet!

Bad points: Lack of car parking.

Overall a great value place to stay. Would be happy to stay here again if I ever re-visit Llandudno.

“Hotel with a heart.”

Just returned from 2nd stay in May, have for the past 6 years stayed the extraganza/transport weekend and as a birthday surpraise husband booked myself, daughter, son in law and 2 very young grandchidren for a 2nd weekend. Once again Step, Brian and Ann made us most welcome. Breakfast was great. Have stayed in several rooms over the years. Rooms 1 and 11 are great - but any room in the front has fantastic view - the rear rooms may give you a view of the goats on the Orme. Parking can prove a problem but the staff go out of their way to help with this. Lovely Italan resturant just below hotel. Easy access to the town, the tram up the Great Orme and Cable Car.

“Excellent stay, lovely food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 August 2010

We came on a coach holiday, we stayed from Monday 16th August-Friday 20th August.
There were good points and bad points, mostly good though!! :)

I will start off with the few bad points-
-If you don't like climbing up steep slopes this isn't the hotel for you, as the hotel is very high up.
-The hotel dosent have a lift.

The good points are-
- The food is lovely, and you always get more than enough with different choices to suit what you like, :) Also a full welsh breakfast is available in the morning, which is basically a full english! :)
- The rooms are nice, and if you are lucky enough to get a front room you have amazing views of Llandudno! :D
-This hotel is very close to the town centre if you need anything, I would say about a 5 minute walk from the hotel! :D

Overall it is a lovely hotel, I would definatly reccomend this to a friend! :D
