“Great stay at a great B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 January 2011

If you are ever in Llandudno, Hafan-y-Mor Guesthouse is surely the right choice. We found the spacious en-suite room clean and super-comfy. What a nice start to our trip to Wales! The Welsh breakfast we had was satisfying. Location is great ... just a short walk to the pier (with a nice view of the Great Orme) and the bus stop where we hopped on a bus to Betws-y-Coed (for a visit to Snowdonia National Park). Would definitely recommend!

“Gotta love Llandudno”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 November 2010

Lets make this clear, I fell in love with Llandudno . It is a beautiful sea side town on a picturesque coastline. So you are going to have to temper my review with that knowledge. Hafan Y Mor is perfectly located within walking distance of everything. Parking is a bit of a problem but once the shopping traffic has cleared you can always find a spot. The rooms are clean and well appointed. We had a room on the first floor overlooking the street which was just perfect for sitting back and reading a good book. Breakfast was excellent. You can book in here with confidence.

“As good as ever...”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 August 2010

I keep going back to this hotel, because it's not only a great situation within Llandudno, but the surroundings are familiar and every time we have been, we have been treated in a friendly, professional manner, a balance that is very difficult to maintain for any business.

Richard and Mair have made us feel welcome everytime we have stayed here, and this instance was our fifth time, and this time was as good as the last 4 times, so of course I am delighted to give another positive review.

Llandudno is a great place to go in the summer, we had never been in the high summer before, but new things emerged that we hadn't seen before, turquoise clear waters, chirping crickets, it could have been the Mediiterranean was it not for the changeable weather.

The Breakfast at the hotel is wonderful, the selection is large and flexible, I am not a huge fan of cooked breakfasts (I know it's criminal), so porridge more than made up for that, as well as a selection of cereals, toast, tea/coffee and fruit juices, a comprehensive breakfast!

In fact so good is the hotel that we will be going for a winter experience, in January/February! I'm sure we will be visiting this hotel many times more, I'm a fan of Llandudno, it's a place so close to where I live but so different and atmospheric.

“An Excellent Stay for families!!!:-)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 August 2010

It was a good location in the centre of Llandudno - close to beach, eatery places and entertainment.

Proprieter of the Guest house gave excellent advice for days out, entertainment and for eating out. They were very kind, welcoming and accomodating.

Location of LLandudno is idea for day trips such as the Electric Mountain, LLanberis railway to the top of Mt. Snowdon and Llechwedd Slate caverns.

Would like to say thank you very much to the proprieters and hope to come back.
