Stayed here with our daughter, Suzie, and young grandson, Lewin (4) for 3 nights. We arrived late at night, after 10pm, but were welcomed & assisted to unload by Richard, a tall, very affable chap, the owner. Shown to a top floor room that was immediately warm & welcoming, consisting of a pseudo-double room (en-suite) with double bed in one "half" and twin beds in the other...perfect. (The room shown on the photograph, I'm sure)
Breakfast, served by Mair (pronounced 'mire' -the other owner) Richard, and one of their three daughters, was just perfect, we've stayed at LOTS of B&B's, so we know a good breakfast when we eat it!
The house is very central, important with a young child, it's just a few minutes walk to the main shops, promenade & beach, close to the pier & main attractions, yet in a very quiet street, we slept with the windows open and there were no disturbing noises or traffic.
It's even quiet enough during the day for a snooze in the afternoon (important for tired grandmas).
Richard & Mair are a lovely couple & can tell you the best value places to visit, the best value rides for children etc., nothing's too much trouble, making this a very pleasant stay.
Llandudno itself is a lovely, clean, unspoilt resort and we don't hesitate in recommending this B & B as a great place to stay. You won't regret it.
Tom & Janet. (+Suzie & Lewin)
