“Absolutely top-class! Best B&B we've ever stayed in!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2011

Stayed here with our daughter, Suzie, and young grandson, Lewin (4) for 3 nights. We arrived late at night, after 10pm, but were welcomed & assisted to unload by Richard, a tall, very affable chap, the owner. Shown to a top floor room that was immediately warm & welcoming, consisting of a pseudo-double room (en-suite) with double bed in one "half" and twin beds in the other...perfect. (The room shown on the photograph, I'm sure)

Breakfast, served by Mair (pronounced 'mire' -the other owner) Richard, and one of their three daughters, was just perfect, we've stayed at LOTS of B&B's, so we know a good breakfast when we eat it!

The house is very central, important with a young child, it's just a few minutes walk to the main shops, promenade & beach, close to the pier & main attractions, yet in a very quiet street, we slept with the windows open and there were no disturbing noises or traffic.
It's even quiet enough during the day for a snooze in the afternoon (important for tired grandmas).

Richard & Mair are a lovely couple & can tell you the best value places to visit, the best value rides for children etc., nothing's too much trouble, making this a very pleasant stay.
Llandudno itself is a lovely, clean, unspoilt resort and we don't hesitate in recommending this B & B as a great place to stay. You won't regret it.
Tom & Janet. (+Suzie & Lewin)

Room Tip: Top, front room overlooking the street is not noisy, and has a 'separate' half of the room...

Llandudno is a smashing place to visit and Hafan-Y-Mor completed the whole happy experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and well cared for. Richard and Mair were welcoming and helpful and the breakfast tasty. I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough.

“Yet again 10 out of 10.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 August 2011

We are regulars, but we are never let down, and this shows how well run and how much care goes into the guesthouse.

Everytime we have gone, it;s always like the first time, because we always get that level of service you would expect first time, and that's what makes this place so attractive to come back to. Richard and Mair are true professionals and yet manage to balance this with a friendly service, making you feel at home.

If you are considering staying then I would very much recommend it, If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful break. Furthermore if you are planning a break and you are coming to UK another country and looking for a truly British experience, then you can't go wrong with this guesthouse.

One of the best things about staying here is the breakfast, not only did it receive 5 star in the Conway council good hygiene ratings (as shown on the front of the guesthouse information board), but the breakfast is of a very high standard with a menu which you can tailor to your needs if you wish.

The rooms are well set out, and tastefully furnished, with very comfortable beds!

So in summary I would recommend this very high quality, family run, friendly guesthouse as I'm very sure it'll go a long way towards making your stay in Llandudno very enjoyable indeed - it certainly has done for us.

Cheryl & Stephen.

“Great location and value for money”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 June 2011

Glad to find a hotel which welcomed our young baby unlike some of the other B&Bs we contacted in Llandudno. Friendly staff were very helpful. Although no private parking available, there was free, unlimited parking on the B&B's road. Located on a quiet road right in the middle of the town and very near to the prom and pier etc. Ideal location for a short break.
