The Lindens is in a great location. Ideally placed for pubs, restaurants and the Great Orme. The hosts are lovely and the breakfast very substantial. We had the very top floor overlooking the bay of Llandudno, lovely at night with the lights. The room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely. The furniture was very 'tired looking', the bed on the other hand was lovely. My only criticism is the the whole place needs decorating, it is very tired and old fashioned looking - also the outside needs a lick of paint. We would stop there again, but wouldn't be my first choice.

I really enjoyed staying here. Location was excellent, really friendly people running the place and good local knowledge too. Made the stay a real treat. Wanted to stay for longer! Will definitely be going back again next year.

We went here due to the High rating on trip advisor - We weren't dissapointed!! Great Friendly welcome, helped us with parking and shown to our room. Great Breakfast - Kept us going till lunch. Central location in llandudno, walked everywhere. Very close to the Tram and not much further to the cable car. Another short walk to the Beach, and shops. We ate out at a different recommended place each night. The owners here will do what they can to help and point you in the right direction. Rooms were great too, all that we needed was there - T.V / DVD player. Shower. Hairdryer. Alarm Clock. Can't wait to go back...

I recently stayed here with my mum for a few days. The location was perfect right in the hub of things, minutes from the beach.
The room was cosy with en suite bathroom all were spotless and lovely and quiet.
The highlight was the breakfast, locally sourced where possible and cooked beautifully.
the couple who run the place were really friendly & helpful suggesting things to do and see.
Definitely recommend & would love to go back.
The hotel opposite does lovely food & afternoon tea, really worth popping in & not expensive.
