Didn't actually stay here.....but ate here....what a mistake...avoid like the plague...

i ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks from the bar at a cost of .....£25....(the sandwich prices were not on the board and i 'wrongly' assumed they'd be about £3) the sandwiches were awful..with a tiny piece of salad with it.....also people were complaining that the beer was flat etc.....

Don't think the seagulls would have ate it either....

Where do i start? On arrival I was met by the extremely unfriendly landlady who tried to insist on taking cash (only) before showing me the room. She also refused to find space to park my motorcycle (although her husband eventually relented) because I hadn't pre-booked my £10 parking on top of the £45/night I had already paid for a single room!!!! For a vehicle that occupies approximately 6 square feet, I find that unbelievable! The room was very poorly decorated, the furniture was worn out, the bathroom was cramped and in need of replacement, and cleaning clearly is not high on the list of hotel priorities. If I had not already paid the deposit, I would have left at that point but as it was a holiday weekend, I had little choice but to stay. As expected, the breakfast was of similar poor quality, overcooked eggs and undercooked bacon, and was left untouched by most of our party.

Llandudno is a lovely town to visit, but avoid this place at all costs.

there was one woman whom was bar person, room cleaner and waitress, me and my partner were the only guests apart from three really inconsiderate grown up men next door to us, they brought local woman back and constantly banged on our wall( not having ***) but was just being stupid, this went on from 3 o'clock till well after 6 o'clock, we could not believe the hotelier placed us next door to them when the whole hotel was empty, meal's!!! well i know i have never tasted worse, the mash was SMASH!!! all preheated in the microwave whislt on the plate, the lamb was grey, ok ok you get the picture, rooms were dated back to my granny's era beds probably from that era as well, no plus's to this hotel, save your self the heart ache of being upset, go somewhere else.
