I have been staying at Lynton Guest House for several years now, and enjoyed every minute. The hosts (Mark, Sheridan, Stuart and Hazel) are very welcoming, helpful, and share a great sense of northern humour! Nothing is too much trouble: the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with TV and free wifi connection, and the breakfasts are great (my only complaint being that the yoke is not always in the middle of the fried egg!).

This is a great little four star guest house, with all the qualities that implies, close to the main street in LLandudno (with plenty of restaurants), and the famous Llandudno promenade and pier (to walk off your meal!).

I recently stayed in this B&B and was very pleasantly surprised. I have not stayed in a B&B for many years and was unsure of doing it again after a bad experience staying in one before. The tone was set from the first moment we arrived, there is very limited parking and I had no where to leave my car. My wife went in to check in while I found a place to park, before I could drive off the owner came out to let me know that her husband would move there car allowing my to take there space. The check in was informal, friendly and informative. We were offered the chance to see if we would like to upgrade our room to a deluxe, which had not been able to when booking as it was taken. The other room was much better so we swapped, after a small nightly fee. The rooms were clean spacious and well appointed; the bathroom was small but functional. The staff were all really helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Next time I go walking in Wales this will be where I stay.

Recently stayed here with 6 family members to celebrate mum's 80th birthday and had a wonderful time. Hazel and her family made us feel very welcome and even had flowers and chocolates in mum's room which was a nice touch, they even let us decorate with birthday banners, balloons etc.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to stay if you want comfort and a great breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for the owners.
It is in a convenient place so there's easy access for restaurants bars etc or you could even stay on the front patio with a drink from the honesty bar, the prices are very reasonable.
Thankyou to Hazel and family for a great stay, would definately stay again if in that part of the country, to be recommended.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights and took pot luck on this B&B. We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and welcoming staff. We had a large bedroom with a side sea view - the bathroom was almost new and the decor throughout was lovely! The staff were very welcoming and the breakfast wasn't at all greasy! We had our own key to come in late at night and the location suited us - lots of bars and restaurants not too far away. The pier is very closeby and the shops too. Parking is limited. Altogether a brilliant stay and we'll definitely be staying here again and would thoroughly recommend to you!
