Fab first stay at this hotel. Very easy check in with lovely receptionist. Had a sea view family room which was tastefully decorated. All usual amenities and in good working order. Smart small bar area. Good nights sleep - bit hot if anything - which was bizarre as it was -8c that night!!! Breakfast was plentiful and excellent. We didn't have our evening meal here, but it smelt delicious. Would always stay here if visiting LLandudno again.

This was our eighth stay in the Kinmel and it just gets better. New lift is a great improvement, and one that will make a big difference to the disabled guests. ( and the lazy ones like us ). Sara and family treat their guest so well it makes you think you are part of her family. Room was perfect with bay window and two recliner chairs just right for people watching. We had a GOOD three course meal at the hotel on Friday, and for the price charged you would not get better food anywhere. So, will we be back........... OF COURSE WE WILL. Why go anywhere else when you've found the best.

I booked this Hotel for a car club 'jolly and was in touch with Sara via e-mail and reserved ten rooms initially. The fact that there was off street parking for our cars was a major consideration in our choice of Hotel. The rooms were held for us for two months allowing members to book individually. There was some confusion about the room and dinner rates (additional costs for sea view, not mentioned in the website, and dinner was more expensive than that quoted) which I should have ascertained and requested in writing beforehand so that it was clear. The rooms were clean, airy and well appointed. Everyone had a great time and we were able to socialize in the large lounge after dinner, where Darren the bar man looked after us. We also had additional non resident guests who joined us, with no fuss from the staff. Thank you Sara and staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

This was our first stay,at the Kinmel,but it certainly won`t be our last.Lovely comfortable big,bay windowed room,overlooking the sea,with large en-suite.Within easy walking distance of all local attractions.The buffet style breakfast is a great idea,allowing guests to choose depending on tastes..and appetites.Courteous and friendly staff..and owners.,who help to contribute to the relaxed atmosphere.Limited parking,on site,is available,but as cars can be parked in front of the hotel,for around £4 for 24hrs,only the more petty guest would complain.We were bemused by the reviews complaining of noisy children in the dining room..surely that is a problem with other guests rather than with the hotel itself.The expansion of the property,with all the major work that it entails,is taking place with little,or no inconvenience to guests.All credit to the owners for the effort they are putting in to ensure a good break for guests.The lift is now fully operational and the dining room is light,relaxed and tastefully decorated.All in all..faultless!
