We needed a break and missed Llandudno, we picked the Bryn Derwen because it looked lovely on line. We have stayed in lots of hotels and are used to reality not meeting expectations. In this case reality exceeded our expectations. Debbie and Steve have created a guest house to rival some to class hotels we have stayed in, more than that they are lovely people who take a pride in what they do.

Spent a lovely few days in the company of Steve & Debbie at their b&b Bryn Derwen in Llandudno recently.they run a delightful place, the rooms, the food and the welcome are all second to none. The Hotel is situated in a quiet side road very near to all that Llandudno offers. We had a great time and would return again.

Just got back from our third visit to the Bryn Derwen, and all I can say is fantastic, you will not be disappointed. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by both Debbie and Steve who are a lovely couple and make you feel very welcome in their home. The Bryn Derwen is beautifully decorated and has a very warm welcoming feeling, like home from home. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean, airy and comfortable where tea making facilities and biscuits, bottled water and chocolates are all provided.
A cooked breakfast each morning sets you up for the day, cooked fresh and to perfection, it really is the best place to stay in Llandudno.

Beautiful house run by extremely pleasant, friendly people. Room was comfortable - lovely chocolates and nice biscuits appeared daily - though the toilet seat kept threatening to castrate my partner (!) and the volume on the TV/dvd player could only be turned up to 20, which meant we could hardly hear the dvds we'd brought from home. Breakfast very good (though mushrooms would be better fried - they were slightly dry and hard). Biggest strength is the friendly owners. Pleasant lounge areas, good shower in our room (room 1), nice bay window - close to seafront, shops and restaurants (ten min stroll). Has a car park but there is ample parking on the road in front of the house. We've stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. If only the owners could do something about the North Wales weather!

We've stayed at the Bryn Derwen four consecutive years now and have already booked for next year! We wouldn't stay anywhere else and would highly recommend it. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is wonderful. The icing on the cake is Steve and Debbie. They have made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable from day one. It's a real home from home and we're really looking forward to our next stay.
