Our hostess collected us at the train station upon arrival, which was the only time this happened in our travel from B and B to B and B across the UK! Very nice and professional touch.
Our room was beautiful and quiet.
We could walk everywhere from our location around the city of Llandudno. We followed suggestions made by our hosts to find excellent food. We visited the Grand Orme and walked by the sea, all within walking distance of Bryn Derwen.
The breakfast was very good and we were quite comfortable.

Just got back from a 6 day stay with my husband and parents. We both stayed in the superior rooms which are newly renovated. Lovely light airy rooms and exceptionally high standard of fixtures and fittings. The breakfasts are as good as ever but with a few additions since last year. The hotels just been awarded a 5 star ratng by the AA (up from 4 star highly commended last year). Thoroughly deserved. Hope to be return for a 2nd visit later this year.

We stayed here Easter last year for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast and friendly staff. We would stay here again.
