My husband booked a two day stay here for my 50th birthday, when we arrived at the hotel we had a problem with our car Philip on reception sourced a local garage for us. The room was spacious and spotless; our daughters had been in contact with the hotel and had arranged with the staff for flowers, chocolates and champagne to be in the room when I arrived.

We dined in the restaurant on our first night the meal was excellent, the quality of the food and the presentation was second to none, the staff were very attentive. The following morning breakfast was fantastic as again were the staff in the restaurant who made you feel very welcomed.

On the day of departure our car was still in the garage Kerry on reception (think that was her name, sorry if the spelling is not right) could not do enough for us even though we were checking out and our car was not ready, she offered to extend our checking out time, look after our luggage until our car was ready. She even printed off a map for us to locate the garage, so great was her customer service my husband and I bought her a small gift to say thank you.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Llandudno, if you are looking for excellent rooms, high standards, customer service, food and wine look no further St. George’s it should be the only hotel on your list

We stay here often, and the service is always first class. Rooms are clean, with new linens, and the bathrooms are spotless. The food and service are both excellent. The decor is modern and well maintained unlike many hotels in the area which can be shabby to say the least. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone - enjoy!

Stayed at the st.georges again, didn't disappoint, usually struggle get a parking space, but was lucky , got last one. And from then on all was excellent, from the receptionist being very helpful, (think she may be a polish model) to the service and cleanliness of the rooms, this hotel has it all. Going for Christmas this year.

Wonderful hotel with solid values. Bedrooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Breakfast is fantastic. Highly reccomended for a stay you won't forget. Can't waith to return
